Positive: The rooms were spacious and the decor was nice. There was a 1/2 bath, as well as the shower/bathroom. There were plenty of supplies and equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. Parking was not a problem--there was street parking close to the house each time we needed to park. The place was very clean. The host was quick to respond, but... Negative: ...the host's responses were often not a straightforward answer to my question. The main example was the key pad for the exterior door lock. There were problems with it every single time it was locked or unlocked (no problem with the interior door lock). The initial explanation for using the code/key pad was followed with no real success. We did not get an adequate answer (simple two sentence explanation) as to how it actually worked until after we'd checked out! One response was a YouTube video on how to operate a key pad/lock, but it was not even the lock and key pad that was on the door. The host was anxious that the door was locked each time we were out (which it was) but failed to give a timely, simple explanation as to how it worked.
